HOW TO USE:

a) Apply your face oil, serum or moisturiser.  It is important to have some slip on your skin so that you are not pulling or tugging on the skin.
b) Starting at the neck roll upwards.  For best results only roll upwards, not back and forth
c) Roll from the jawline to the ear on both sides, using gentle upward motion.
d) Roll from the forehead up towards the hairline, only using upward direction.
e) Roll flat over your eyebrows horizontally.
