Do Miód products contain parabens or sodium laureth/lauryl sulphate?
Miód products no not contain any parabens or sodium laureth/lauryl sulphate.

Some of our products contain Certified Organic Beeswax and are therefore not suitable for Vegans These products are:

  • Extra Hydrating Balm
  • Light Face Cream
  • Revitalising Face Cream
  • Lip Balm

The cost of shipping is $10 for all orders within Australia. This is based on Australia Post prices.
The postage for international orders varies so please contact us for details of shipping costs.

We process and dispatch orders between Monday and Friday, once we have received payment.

  • Victoria – 1 business day
  • NSW & SA – 2 business days
  • QLD & Tasmania – 3 business days
  • NT & WA – 4 business days

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched.

Please let us know via email as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Please take time to choose your products carefully as we do not grant refunds if you simply change your mind.

If you should experience any problems with the product, such as that it arrived damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
