Retinol has a natural alternative treatment with proven clinical results, formulated to soften fine lines and wrinkles and visibly enhance the appearance of smooth and firm skin. Retinol has found its natural match in the form of Bakuchiol.
Bakuchiol provides a natural alternative to retinol without the negatives associated with traditional retinol use, including red, sensitive skin and dryness. This plant derived extract has clinically demonstrated to visibly firm and plump skin, soften fine lines and wrinkles as efficiently as retinol.
This silky oil blends ultra hydrating Squalane along with oils high in natural Vitamin A including Buriti Fruit, Cacay and Sea Buckthorn Berry. Strawberry Seed Oil has been added for its ability to tighten skin and reduce pore size.
Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin and safe during pregnancy.
Bakuchiol – A natural ingredient derived from the seeds and leaves of the Plant Psoralea Sorylifolia. It mimics the actions of retinol but without the irritation. Bakuchiol provides a natural alternative to retinol and has clinically demonstrated to visibly firm and plump skin, soften fine lines and wrinkles just as efficiently as the traditional retinol. It has proven collagen stimulating benefits as well as the ability to defend against oxidative damage. Retinol has found its natural match!
There was a random, double-blind, 12 week study in which 44 patients were asked to apply either bakuchiol 0.5% cream twice daily or retinol 0.5% cream daily.
A facial photograph and analytical system was used to obtain and analyse high-resolution photographs of patients at 0, 4, 8 and 12 weeks. Patients also completed tolerability assessment questions to review side-effects.
During study visits, a board-certified dermatologist, blinded to study group assignments, graded pigmentation and redness.
Results: Bakuchiol and retinol both significantly decreased wrinkle surface area and hyperpigmentation, with no statistical difference between the compounds. The retinol users reported more facial skin scaling and stinging.

Strawberry Seed Oil – Extracted through cold process from the tiny seeds, Strawberry Seed Oil contains a magic ingredient call ellagic acid, a powerful antioxidant which helps to preserve collagen and brighten skin tone. Used widely in the cosmetic industry to fade freckles, Strawberry Seed oil has also proven to increase the skins elasticity, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, regenerate skin cells and restore the skin’s suppleness and smoothness.
Squalane – Naturally present in the skin in the form of a fat which is produced by the oil glands to hydrate and maintain the skins barrier. As we age, Squalane diminishes, which can lead to dehydration, sagging skin and premature ageing. Our form of Squalane is derived from Olives which mimics the fat that naturally occurs in the skins barrier allowing it to penetrate deeply into the skin and effectively provide long lasting hydration. With this is can visibly increase the luminosity and radiance of the skin while reducing the appearance of fine lines.
Cacay Oil – A natural source of Vitamin A which helps encourage cell production, keep the skin firm and healthy while reducing the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles. In a four week study with Cacay Oil applied twice daily 100% of participants saw an increase in hydration and firmness, while 85% said their skin was smoother.
Buriti Fruit Oil – The richest source of Beta-carotene (vitamin A) in the world.! Derived from the fruit of the Moriche Tree in Brazil, which is known as the “Tree of Life”. It is a powerful antioxidant and supercharged nutrient that can boost collagen production, increase cell turnover, fade pigmentation and neutralise free radicals. It contains Photo-protective properties to prevent sun damage from UV rays.

As a result, this product may vary slightly in colour, texture and fragrance from batch to batch. This does not in any way impact the efficacy of the product and each contains the same amount of active ingredients.

Directions: After cleansing add two to three drops into the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together to warm it up and then pat all over your face. Massage the oil into your skin in gentle upward movements. Best applied at night. Start with using it once a week and moving up to three to four times a week. You should start seeing results after 8 weeks of regular usage.
